With a countenance marked by discerning warmth and meticulous attention, Chef Jérôme embodies the essence of his eponymous venture; leading a team of passionate fire masters, deeply devoted to the art of smoke and flame, he orchestrates a not-so-ordinary catering service that transcends the traditional dining experience.

Jérôme Fares burns with a scorching passion for the craft of live-fire cooking and ever since being inspired by masters in the field, the temperature has just kept on rising.

Originally trained under the classical rule of French gastronomy, he kept the savviness and elegance of sophisticated receptions close to his heart. From his days working in boutique hotels and co-founding a renowned traiteur company later in Dubai, he takes the flair and savoir-faire of “traiteur-style” operations.
Today, Meat the Fire reflects Chef Jérôme’s life, one that seared traditional gastronomy with a spark of rusticity.

This transpires in every event he organizes, every ingredient he hand-picks and every fire he lights up.

Chef Jérôme and his team will ignite any event, from seated plated dinners to full-blown galas with extensive buffets and interactive live-stations. Attention to detail -as it should be-, impeccable Mediterranean cuisine cooked for hours, on the embers, spectacular set-ups flaming up to the sky, his brigade is ready to take over any destination, from birthdays at home to sensational dining experiences in the dessert, corporate parties, modest or over-the-top weddings.
